Top 10 Moments of 2019

This is the time of year where I begin to reflect on all that God has done for me over the past 12 months and, with His guidance, to plan for the future. This year has been filled with so much goodness, love and favor that making a Top 10 list was next to impossible. To be clear, there were many more God moments but here's a few that top the list.

#1 Stop Lying to Yourself.I had the pleasure of speaking at a business leaders breakfast in Houston by invitation of Bo & Stacy Porter and the CORE. I loved helping leaders identify lies that were ultimately distracting them from living fully free.

#2 Championship Culture.I had the pleasure of visiting and meeting student athletes at my father's alma mater McPherson Christian College. They honored me with a 6ft cut out of 'Milt Fuller'.

#3 Train up leaders.I carried Milt with me to speak at Career Day at R.E.Good Elementary in Irving, Texas. I spoke to students about how to have the heart of a servant leader like my friend who invited me Sharon Miller.

#4 The Warrior WithinOur first gathering of the year focused on helping guests understand and tap into the power within them to overcome the barriers or pain keeping them from living in full freedom! We also had the pleasure of a conversation with Jaylen LeGrande, the owner of 316Collection.com and owner of a store in The Galleria.

#5 The Richest Man in BabylonThis was one of our early events and one of the first times I was able to do an activation. Guests created collages that reflected the beauty they saw within themselves. It was such a powerful moment for us all!

#6 Building RelationshipsThis year, I focused on building relationships with local companies and organizations that focus on transforming and revitalizing our communities. This photo was from a tour we did at City Square. The work they are doing to fight homelessness in our city is phenomenal. Check out the Partners page for more info on City Square and other partners.

#7 Southern HospitalityI had the privilege of hosting 12 Global Advance delegates, from nations around the world. My goal was to show them love and a little 'Southern Hospitality'. Check out my new blog post, as I did my best to capture all that God did through the time we spent together.

#8 #SelfCare > ______.We kicked off the Fall with the knowledge and expertise of Tina L. Robertson, LCSW. She provided us with both spiritual and clinical insight on the topic of self-care, as well as provided us with practical ways to de-stress. I think it's safe to say we all left a little less stressed that day!

#9 "The Personality Doctor"Liz Morris, Best-selling Author and Speaker, shared with us invaluable insight into the four personality gifts that effect how we engage with others and how we view the world. I continue to have revelations from the gems dropped at October's third Thursday gathering.

#10 'Friendsgiving' CelebrationEach year, my husband and I open our home to those without local family or those just looking for good company for the holiday. This year, was filled so much love and laughter and I'm grateful to the connections and bonds that were made.

My First MinistryLast but certainly not least, I'm grateful that God continues to bless me with the love of these beautiful humans whom I get to call family. Without them, I am half the woman I could ever be.Thank you all for every memory we shared this year, I cherish each moment. I'm looking forward to what God has in store for us in 2020! #staytuned
